Instant mango pickle/உடனடி மாங்காய் ஊறுகாய்/spicy Mango pickle in tamil/காரசாரமான மாங்காய் ஊறுகாய்

Method

1. Slice the mango into small cubes and keep it aside.

2. Take bowl add sliced mango, Red chili powder,turmeric powder and salt mix this well and keep it aside.

3.Take pan heat oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,hing,once it is done switch off the flame and add curry leaves .

4. Now take pickle mixture add tempering into it and mix it well,
