How to make Pineapple kesari/பைனாப்பிள் கேசரி/Pineapple Sooji Halwa in tamil/Pineapple Rava kesari

Method
1.Heat ghee & Oil in a pan and when it gets hot enough, add sooji and fry it over low flame until well roasted and the raw flavours are gone.
2. Add hot milk and mix slowly. Cook until the sooji absorbs all the milk. raisins, almonds and cashew nuts and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Add pineapple puree and mix well. Add edible food colour,Add sugar mix and cook on a slow flame till you find traces of oil oozing out from the mixture. Switch off the flame Add cardamom and Mix well.
4. The Pineapple kesari is ready.
