Description :
Method,
1. Heat a pan and add one tbsp of oil and oil gets heated add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, Urad dal & chana dal Let it crackle. Add Onion. red chilies, curry leaves and fry till onion turns translucent. Once done turn off the flame and let it cool completely.
2. In a wide bowl add wheat flour and salt mix it well. add prepare onion temper and mix it well. add water little by little and bring to batter thick consistency.
3. Heat a tawa and take a ladle full of batter. Apply water to your finger and pat gently the batter to round shape. Drizzle a tsp of oil and let it cook for a minute.
4. Then flip to another side. add a tsp of oil and cook for another minute. again flip and cook till the both sides become crispy and brown.
5. Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
