Egg noodles in tamil/egg Hakka noodles/Restaurant style egg noodles/Noodles recipe

Method
1.Boil 2 cups of water(well enough for the noodles to immerse fully) and add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp of oil in water. In boiling water add the hakka noodles. Check if its cooked then drain the water and keep the noodles aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, then break the 3 eggs and add it with a pinch of salt. Scramble it well, till the egg is completely cooked. Keep aside.
3. Make all your ingredients ready.
4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan. Add finely chopped garlic.
Finely chopped green chili and finely chopped ginger sauté well.
5. Then add sliced onion fry till golden brown. Then add finely chopped carrot, beans and cabbage. Keep in medium high flame and saute the veggies until raw smell leaves.
6. Add capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and spring onions saute for 2 mins. Then add soy sauce, red chili sauce, pepper powder and salt. Keep in high flame stir well then again simmer. Stir well until veggies get mixed well with the sauces.
7. Now add boiled and drained noodles to the pan and add vinegar mix well with sauces and veggies. Toss the noodles for 2 mins. Add scrambled eggs and give a toss.
8. Switch off the flame. Garnish with spring onions.
9. Our Egg Hakka noodle is ready. Serve hot!
