Ingredients
4 egg
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt
5 tbsp All purpose flour / Maida
5 tbsp corn flour
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Water as required
MANCHURIAN INGREDIENTS
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
2 tbsp corn flour slurry
2 green chilies
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red chili sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 cup spring onion chopped
4 no. garlic chopped
1/2 cup Red , green capsicum each
Salt
Oil as required
Spring onions
For corn flour slurry
{add 1 tbsp corn flour with ¼ cup water mix it without lumps}
METHOD
1. Boil the egg thoroughly with salt.
2. Cut the cooked egg into medium size pieces. Set aside.
3. In a bowl mix chilli powder, pepper powder, all purpose flour, corn flour, baking powder and salt with little water. Batter should be in dosa batter consistency.
4. Dip egg pieces in this batter and deep fry them till it turns light brown. Set aside.
Manchurian
1. Heat a oil in a kadai, saute garlic, ginger, spring onion, green chilies, capsicum for 2 minutes ( don’t over cook the vegetables ).
2. Now pour the tomato ketch up , soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar mix with sauteed vegetables and let it boil for 2 minutes.
3. Once it thickens in its consistency add corn flour slurry mix it and add fried egg pieces. Mix them till they blend well.
4. Add spring onions mix it well.
5. Egg manchurian is ready to enjoy.
