Egg Biryani /முட்டை பிரியாணி/ HOW TO MAKE EGG BIRYANI/ MUTTAI BIRYANI SAMAIPATHU EPADI

Description :

For Biryani masala:
1 mace
1 start anise
1 inch cinnamon stick
few kadal pasi & Dry Rose petals
10-15 pepper
4 Green cardamom
4 cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds

To season the eggs:
2 tbsp of oil
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chilli powder
½tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp coriander powder
salt

2 cups of seeraga samba rice
4 cups of water
3 hard boiled eggs
1 onion (200 g)
3 Tomatoes
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup yogurt / curd
coriander leaves
mint leaves
2 tbsp Ghee
3 green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chilli powder

1. In a heavy bottom pan add 3 tbsp & 2 tbsp ghee. of oil and add 2 bay leaves
Add the freshly ground masala powder

2. Add one sliced onion(200 g) add some salt and sauté till the onions are nicely browned

3. add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste add 3 green chillies

4: Add Tomotoes , Add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red Chilli powder if u want the biryani to be extra spicy u can add 3 -4 tsp

5. Add some coriander leaves and mint leaves

6. Add 1/4 cup yogurt / curd

7. For 2 cups seeraga samba rice add 4 cup of water

8. Cut some boiled eggs

9. 2 tbsp of oil and into the warm oil add ½ tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder ,1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder ,
Add some salt place the eggs and cook it for 2 minutes on both the sides

10 . Once all the water has been absorbed by the rice turn the heat seasoned eggs cover it for 2 more min.

Our EGG BIRYANI IS READY
