Easy Kadai Mutton/ Restaurant style kadai mutton/ Spicy Mutton Curry/மட்டன் கடாய்

Ingredients:
Curd ½ cup
Mutton 500 g
Salt
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Onions (medium size) 2 nos
Tomatoes 4 nos
Green chilly 3 nos
Ginger 1 small piece
Coriander & Mint leaves
Oil 1/4 cup
Chilly powder 2 tsp
Kadai masala 1 tbsp
(for kadai masala)
Whole red chilly 10 nos
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Pepper corns 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Method
For Kadai masala
1. Heat a pan add whole red chilly, coriander seeds, pepper corns, fennel seeds, cumin seeds dry roast them, put in a blender and make a coarse powder and keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan add mutton, cook this mutton till brown, add salt, turmeric, slices of onions, tomatoes, cook this for 45 minutes till mutton is cooked .
3.Add Curd, kadai masala, green chilly, chilly powder, ginger, chopped coriander and mint and get it to the consistency required.
