INGREDIENTS
1. Almonds – 8 nos
2. Pistachio – 10 nos
3. Cashews – 4 nos
4. Walnut – 3 nos
5. Dried fig – 2 nos
6. Dates (black) – 3 nos
7. Raisins – 15 nos
8. Water – 2 cups
9. Honey – 2 tbsp
Method
1. Soak the dry fruits in water for 6 hours.
2. Take a mixing jar and soaked dry fruits and honey.
3. Blend them into a fine smoothie and transfer into a glass.
4. Our healthy dry fruits is ready to drink
