Description :

Method:

1. Dry roast vermicelli till slightly golden.Set aside.

2. Boil water. then add roasted vermicelli.Let it cook for few mins.

3. Cook until semiya becomes soft.Drain water and set aside to cool down completely.

4. In a wide mixing bowl take cooked semiya, add curd,milk and required salt.Give a quick mix.

5. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, green chillies, curry leaves, grated ginger and hing, let it splutter, switch off.

6. Then add tadka in curd semiya and mix it well. Also add pomegranate, grated carrot and coriander leaves. Mix it well.

Serve chilled!
