Crispy snake gourd rings/Pudalangai rings/Snake gourd fry /Fried snake gourd rings

Description :

Ingredients:

• Snake gourd -300 gram (cut into round thin rings)
• Besan flour – 2 tbsp
• Rice flour – 2 tbsp
• Corn flour – 1 tbsp
• Red chili powder – 2 tsp
• Kashmiri chili powder – 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Salt as required
• Oil as required
• Water – 2 tbsp

Method:

1. In a larger mixing bowl add snake gourd rings, rice flour, besan flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt and water mix it well.

2. Heat oil in a pan, Dip these snake gourd rings into the batter and put it in the hot oil.

3. Deep fry and drain it.

4. Our snake gourd rings ready to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!
