Method
1. Heat water in a bowl and blanch cauliflower. Drain them completely
2. Make a batter using Maida, Corn Flour, chilli powder, tandoori masala, salt. Add water as needed.
3. Deep fry the florets till golden. Keep it aside.
Making gobi 65
1. Heat oil in a pan , fry green chilies & curry leaves
2. Add chili powder, garam masala, tandoori masala
3. Stir and let the mixture cook till it thickens
4. Add fried cauliflower and saute for 2 to 3 minutes
5.serve gobi 65 as a starter.
