Method
1.Wash the coriander leaves and let it retain some water. Heat a pan with oil, season with channa dal and red chilies, add the washed coriander leaves and sauté the leaves in medium flame until it just shrinks.
2.In a mixie jar add coriander leaves, red chilies,chana dal, grated coconut, tamarind, and salt with little water, Grind until everything blends well and transfer to the serving bowl and mix well with the tempered items.
3. Our coriander chutney is ready to serve
