Ingredients
• Chocolate biscut – 8 nos
• Marie biscuit – 8 nos
• Milk – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Eggs – 2
• Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Method
1. Take a baking pan.
2. In a kadai add 1 cup sugar cook till get nice caramel colour. Dont burn the sugar.
3. Pour caramel in baking pan and allow it to cool completely.
4. Take biscuit and blend it nice powder.
5. Now add milk, eggs and vanilla essence in a blender and puree till smooth.
6. Pour the prepared mixture on top of the caramel.
7. Cover the pan with foil or plastic wrap and place it in a vessel and cook for 30 to 40 mins.
8. Remove it and insert a knife to check whether the pudding is done or not.
9. Our tastiest biscuit pudding is ready to eat.
