Chettinad Mutton Boti fry in tamil/ஆட்டு குடல் வறுவல்/spicy Mutton cudal fry
Description :
Ingredients
500 grams boti/ Aattu kudal/Goat Intestine
3 tbsp Sesame oil
1cup coconutmilk
Curry leaves, coriander leaves & Mint leaves
2 number dry garam masala (Fennel seeds,cloves,star anise,cinnamon stick, cardamom)
Shallots – 1 cup
Tomato – 2 nos
Green chillies – 3 nos
Water as required
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt as needed
Directions
Clean in hot water and cut all the boti and keep it aside.
Take a pan add oil, garam masala, onion chopped, salt,mix well then add turmeric, ginger garlic,Curry leaves, Mint leaves, Green chillies, Tomato all meat and mix well
Now add Coconut milk,coriander powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder mix well if required add water cook 20 minutes on low flame till meat is tender.
once meat is tender add garam masala,coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Our Mutton Kudal varuval is ready!!! Serve with steamed rice, Idly and dosa.
