Caramel peanut stuffed chocolate / CWC Recipe / Caramel peanut chocolate / cook with comali darshan

Description :

Ingredient
Dark chocolate – ½ cup
Roasted peanut – ¼ cup
Sugar – ¼ cup
Butter – 3 tbsp
Fresh cream – ¼ cup

Method

1. Grind peanut to the coarse powder. Set aside
2. Melt dark chocolate using double boiler method.
3. In silicon mould or cup cake mould add 2 tbsp of melted dark chocolate and spread evenly. Keep it in freezer for 15 minutes.
4. Take a pan and add sugar.
5. Leave it for 3 minutes. caramelize the sugar will melt and get nice golden brown.
6. Now add butter and mix it well.
7. Now add fresh cream and mix it well.
8. Now add peanut powder. Mix it well till all together.
9. Let it cool completely. Our caramel peanut stuffing is ready.
10. Now take out the chocolate mould in freezer. Add 1 tbsp caramel peanut stuffing. Now fill the melted chocolate again without any cap.
11. Freeze it for 15 minutes.
12. After 15 minutes remove the chocolate from silicon mould. Out tastiest caramel peanut stuffed chocolate is ready to eat!!!!
