Description :

Ingredients:
2 cups Rice flour
2 tbsp Roasted gram powder
1/4 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp hing
1 tsp Salt
Water as required
Oil for frying

Method

1. In a bowl containing rice flour add gram flour, chana dal powder, butter, salt, hing, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, mix them with the help of your finger and convert it into a bread-like structure. Add water and knead it into a dough.

2. Heat oil in a pan, divide the dough into 2 portions and transfer it to a murukku mold

3. Apply some water to the sides of the mold, close the mold and start rolling the pin.

4. Press the murukkus straight into the oil and fry them till they are crisp and golden brown.

5. Our Crunchy Butter Murukku is ready to eat.
