100 gram unsalted butter
100 gram icing sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/2 tsp food coloring, or as needed (Optional)

Method

1. Beat the butter using hand mixer. (the butter should room temperature)

2. Add icing sugar in several batches beating on 3 minutes after each addition. Scrape the bowl down and repeat the process.

3. Add vanila essence. Beat until you have an even, fluffy consistency.
