Ingredients
• baby corn – 200 gram
• ½ cup maida
• ½ cup corn flour
• 1 tbsp rice flour
• ¼ tsp turmeric
• 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp pepper powder
• 4 tbsp lemon juice
• 1tbsp crushed green chili, ginger and garlic
• Salt as required
• Water as required
• oil for deep frying
Method
1. In a bowl add Maida, corn flour, rice flour, turmeric, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, crushed green chili, ginger and garlic, lemon juice and salt.
2. mix well with required water to form a smooth paste like dosa batter
3. now dip the baby corn into corn – Maida paste coating all sides.
4. deep fry in hot oil stirring occasionally till the baby corn turns golden and crisp.
4. Our baby corn 65 is ready to serve with tomato sauce.
