Ingredients
Green gram – 1 cup
Rice – 2 tbsp
Water as required
Salt to taste
Green chillies – 2 no
.Ginger – small piece
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Onion chopped – 1 no
Green chilies chopped – 2 nos
Curry leaves chopped – fist full
Coriander chopped – fist full
Cumin – 1 tsp
Ghee as required
Method:-
1.In a bowl add green graml, water, rice and soak for 4-5 hours and strain the water and add green chillies, ginger, turmeric and grind into a smooth paste and add salt to taste.
2.Now in another bowl add onions, green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander and mix them and keep a side .
3.On a hot tawa sprinkle water and wipe, pour the batter and spread very thin and drizzle some ghee on top and top it up with the onion mixture, ghee, cook till crisp
4. Enjoy with your favorite chutney.
