Description :

Dry roast fenugreek seeds & Mustard seeds and powder it. Keep it aside.

Wash gooseberries well and steam cook for 20 minutes. Do not overcook. When you press the gooseberries, it should open in segments like a flower .That is the right time to switch off the gas.

After it cools, drain the water and keep it aside.

Method

Tempering
Heat oil, add mustard seeds when they splutter, add Garlic, dry red chilies, curry leaves, , hing, keep it aside. allow it to cool

Heat oil and add cooked gooseberries fry till turns golden. keep it aside allow it to cool.

Take a big bowl add boiled gooseberries, Chilly powder, Turmeric powder, salt and tempering ingredients (Mustard seeds, garlic, dry red chilly, curry leaves).Then add a fenugreek & mustard seed powder, mix it well.

Store it in a clean, dry glass bottle and refrigerate it. Take needed quantity in a small cup for daily use. Do not use wet spoon. It stays good for a month in the refrigerator. Mix it well once in a week.
