வாழைக்காய் வறுவல்/plantain fry/Raw Banana Fry/Vazaikai fry in tamil/Variety rice side dishes

Description :

Ingredients:
Oil 2 tbsp
Raw banana 1 no
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt To taste
Curry leaves 1 sprig
coriander ½ bunch

Method
Heat oil in a pan, put raw banana slices, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, curry leaves mix it well and cook it on a low flame for 10 mins by putting a lid on

Finally add coriander and serve hot with sambar rice or curd rice.
