பைனாப்பிள் ஜாம் / Pineapple jam / அன்னாசி பழ ஜாம் / Homemade pineapple jam / Jam recipes

Description :

Ingredients:
Pineapple – 1 medium size
Sugar – 1 cup
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp

Method:

1. Peel and chop pineapple cubes. Take them in a blender and make them into a coarse puree.

2. Now pour them in kadai, add in sugar and mix well.

3. Heat it up. Cook them for 20 to 30 mins or till get thick.

4. Switch off the flame and add in the lemon juice. Mix well.

5. Allow it to cool down completely.

6. Now take a clean dry glass jar and store this jam in it.

7. Enjoy with bread toast.

Note:

1) Use clean, dry, air tight bottle to store this jam.
2) Always use clean spoon while handling this.
3) If you want to store for longer period of time, store this in fridge.
