Ingredient
Peanut – 1 cup
Water – 1.5 cup
Onion – 1 no (finely chopped)
Carrot – 1 no (grated)
Cucumber – 1 no (finely chopped)
Raw mango – 1 no (finely chopped)
Green chili – 1 no (deseeded)
Tomato – 1 no (deseeded)
Red chili powder – ¼ tsp
Chat masala – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Method
1. Take a cooker and add raw peanut with 1.5 cup water.
2. Cook it for 5 whistle or until the peanut become soft.
3. Strain the water in the peanut and shift to bowl.
4. Now add chopped onion, grated carrot, cucumber, raw mango, tomato, green chili,red chili powder, chat masala powder , salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
5. Mix well all together to the peanut.
6. Our tasty healthy beach masala peanut is ready to eat.
