Description :

Ingredients
• A small lemon sized Tamarind
• ¼ cup Shallots,finely chopped
• 2 nos tomato finely chopped
• 2 no.s Green chilies, chopped
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds (crushed)
• 1 sprig Curry leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
• Water as needed
• Salt to taste

Instructions
1. Soak tamarind in water for ½ hour.
2. Mash it well with hands and extract the juice and keep aside. Add more water to the tamarind and squeeze out the extract. Filter it .
3. To this add tomatoes, shallots,curry leaves, coriander leaves, crushed cumin seeds and salt and mash it well with your fingers.
4. Our delicious pacha puli rasam ready to eat.
5. Serve with steamed rice.
