Ingredients
Sprouted Green gram / Mulai kattiya pachai payaru -1 cup
Water as required
powdered jaggery – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 3 tbsp
Cardamom – 2 nos
Method
1. Pressure cook sprouted green gram with required water for 2 whistles. The dal should be soft but not mushy. If there is water, drain it and keep it aside.
2. In a pan add powdered sugar and water. mix it well jaggery until desolve.
3. Now add cardamom and grated coconut. saute for a minute.
4. Now add cooked green gram mix it well. leave it on medium flame until green gram absorb all water.
5. Now Switch off the flame.
6. Our healthy navarathiri special sprouted green gram sweet sundal is ready!!!!
