Ingredients

• 1. Chilled milk – 1 cup
• 2. Nannari syrup – 2 tbsp per glass or To taste
• 3. Sabja seeds – 2 tbsp
• 4. Almond gum / Badam pisin – 4 nos
• 5. Rose milk essence – 2 drops (optional)
• 6. Pista milk essence – ¼ tsp (optional)

Method

1. Soak Sabja seeds in water for ½ hour till it becomes balls.

2. Soak Almond gum in water over night or minimum 8 hours.

3. In a tall glass, Soaked sabja seeds, Almond gum and Nannari syrup.

4. Add chilled milk and ice cubes (optional) and mix well.

5. Add rose milk essence (optional) mix well. It will give rose milk flavor to paal sarbath

6. Paal sarbath/ Milk sarbath is ready to be served.

Notes

• We can adjust the amount of Nannari syrup in this recipe according to our taste.

• No need to add sugar as the store bought Nannari syrup already contains sugar. See the instruction in the bottle.

• Use chilled milk/ ice cubes. Paal/ Milk sarbath tastes better when it’s chilled.
