தோசை உப்புமா / Dosa upma / dosa upma from leftover dosa / மீதமுள்ள தோசையில் உப்புமா செய்வது எப்படி
Description :
INGREDIENTS
• spongy dosas or left over dosa – 5 nos
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
• Chana dal+ urad dal – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – 2 spring
• Onion finely chopped – 1 cup
• Tomato – 1 no
• Green chilies – 2 nos
• Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
• Red chili powder – 1 tsp
• Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
• Finely chopped coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method
1. Chop or tear the dosas into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds, chana dal & urad dal let it splutter
3. Add finely chopped onion, green chilies and curry leaves fry till translucent.
4. Add tomato fry it till mushy
5. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt sauté it well.
6. Add the dosas and mix well till all the dosa pieces are coated with it.
7. Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well
8. Serve hot
