Description :

Ingridient.
Sabhudhana / sago / javarisi – 1 cup
Water – 2 cup
Cardamom – 4 nos
Milk – 1/2 ltr
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Jelly – as required i used (orange / strawberry / pineapple / pista) flavour
Nannari syrup – 1 tbsp or as required

Method

1. Soak sabudhana for 2 hours immersed in water.
2. In a kadai add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil
3. Now add cardamom and soaked sabudhana.
4. Mix well and bring it to boil until it turns glossy texture. Keep aside.
5. Boil the milk and keep stirring to avoid the milk sticking to the bottom.
6. Once the milk comes to a boil, add the sugar.
7. Let the milk boil for about 3-4 minutes.
8. Get the milk off the flame. Let it cool down completely and then refrigerate it for one hour.
9. In a glass, add the required Sabhudhana followed by the jelly. Then add the nannari syrup and the chilled milk. mix it well.
10. Our delicious sabudhana milk ready to drink.
