சப்பாத்தி மிச்சமாகிருச்சா அப்போ சுவையா செய்யலாம் சில்லி சப்பாத்தி / chili chapati

Ingredients:
• Chapati – 7 (cut to small piece)
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 3 (slitted)
• Onion – 1 no (finely chopped)
• Ginger – small piece (finely chopped)
• garlic – 3 pods (finely chopped)
• Tomato – 1 no (finely chopped)
• Carrot – 1 cup (finely chopped)
• Beans – 1 cup ( finely chopped)
• Capsicum – 1 no ( finely chopped)
• Cabbage – 1 cup ( grated)
• Red chilli powder – 2 tsp (according to spice level)
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Garam masala – 1 tsp
• Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Coriander leaves ( for garnishing )
• Salt – to taste
Method :
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger, garlic , cumin seeds and green chilies sauté for a minute.
2. Then add the chopped onions saute till they become translucent then add the tomato.
3. Add vegetables and sauté well
4. Now add the red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
5. Fry till the raw smell goes and now add the cut chapatis.
6. Fry for another 3 minutes until it is mixed properly.
7. Turn off the heat and add the lemon juice and coriander leaves mix well.
8. Serve hot with raitha or curd.
