Preparation
In a bowl, mix together wheat flour, tomato,onion,green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds and salt.
Add water little at a time and mix well so that there are no lumps.
Now our wheat dosa batter is ready.
when the tawa is hot enough. pour the batter thinly from a little height, do not spread it like a normal dosa.
Drizzle some oil towards the edges, when its cooked, raise the dosa with a wooden spoon.
Flip it and cook on the other side if dosa is thick, flip back and cook to get crispy dosa.
serve wheat dosa with your favorite chutney.
