Today in Amma chethi vanta we prepared a tasty and simple andhra festival sankranthi sweet recipe Bellam Pongadalu/Kobbari Burelu/Pala Ariselu without any pakam preparation.

Note1: Rice flour should be too soft
Note2: Batter should be like thick dosa batter
Note3: Batter should be rest for 3 to 4 hours

Ingredients:
Wet Rice Flour 3 Cups
Grated Jaggery 3/4 Cup
Milk 1/2 Cup
Cardamom Powder 1/4 Tsp
Salt Pinch
Dry Coconut Powder 1 Tbsp
Oil For Deep Fry
