In this video I showed you how to make motichoor laddoo is in easy way.Motichoor Laddu is a Diwali Special Sweet.It is generally prepared with gram flour (besan).For this Ladoo gram flour should not be too smooth.
If you’re besan powder is smooth then add 1 tbsp of sooji(semolina).
For this, the boondi should be very small like pearls .If you use motichoor boondi jhara with tiny holes,you will get perfect motichoor Ladoo.And the sugar syrup should be thinner.And for motichoor laddu we have to use more ghee.
