Today In amma chethi vanta we prepared a famous,tasty and everybody loving recipe Pani Puri/Gupchup/Golgappa at home.In this video we came to know that Puri for Pani Puri,Pani Puri Masala and Pani Puri Water.It tastes just like street style Pani Puri.

Ingredients:

For Puri
Sooji/semolina – 1 Cup
Maida/All Purpose Flour – 1/4 Cup/2Tbsp
Salt to taste
Hot water
Oil for deep fry

For Masala
Boiled potatoes 2
Boiled white peas 1/2 Cup
Red chilli powder 1 Tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 Tsp
Chat masala 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Finely chopped cilantro

For Water
Mint leaves 1/2 Cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup
Green chilli 1
Ginger 1 Inch
Thin tamarind juice 1 Cup
Water 2 to 3 Cups
Salt to taste
Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 Tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 Tsp
Chat masala powder 1 Tsp
