Today In amma chethi vanta,we prepared Andhra special grated mango pickle (Mamidi turumu Nilava Pachadi). Very easy to make and taste good,we can store this Recipe for an year with same taste throughout the year.
Ingredients:
Dried grated mango 8 cups (about 10 mangoes)
Red chilli powder 2 cups (not too much spicy)
Salt 2 cups
Oil 3 to 4 cups
Roasted Mustard powder 1 tbsp
Roasted fenugreek powder 2 tbsp
Pealed garlic pods 15 to 20
Instructions:
1.Use sesame oil for best pickle
2.Avoid wet containers and moisture
3.Add sufficient salt to preserve
4.Make sure that oil floats on pickle
