Today In అమ్మ చేతి వంట, We Prepared A Very famous pickle prepared in Guntur. Andhra Style Red chilli pickle (Pandu mirapakaya Pachadi) very simple recipe with simple ingredients.
Just you need the main ingredients riped red chilli,tamarind,rock salt or normal salt, just blend all together and add tempering.To preserve this pickle you need proportional quantities of salt and tamarind. Taste this and add more if required. But what I shows in the video are best proportions.You can preserve this pickle upto 1 year.You need to use dry and clean containers to preserve.
Ingredients:
1 kg fresh and ripped red chillies
200g new seed less Tamarind
250g Rock Salt
1/4 cup garlic
2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp fenugreek seeds
