NEthili fish / anchovies
Curry leaves
Raw mangoes (adjust depends on the sourness of the mango)
Green chillies
Salt
Curry leaves

Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tsp
Few tbsp of water
