Vendakkai sambar recipe is an easy sambar recipe which is made of (ladies finger/Bhendi /Okra) and is one of my favorite simple sambar recipe. You can replace ladies finger with other vegetables like drumstick,brinjal, kohlrabi,radish etc.Each vegetable gives a unique flavor to the sambar.
