Ingredients

To Roast & Grind

Coconut – 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Peppercorns – ¼ tsp
Shallots – 5
Garlic pods – 2
Curry leaves
kashmiri chilly powder – 1 tbsp(less spicy,gives nice color)
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – m1/2 tsp
water

For curry
Fish of your choice( I used Tuna)
tomato – 1, sliced
Drumsticks
Green chillies of your choice
salt
small lemon sized tamarind
water

For Tempering
Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tsp
Finely chopped shallots
Curry leaves
