FOR GRAVY
oil – 3 tbsp
fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
green chilli – 1
curry leaves
garlic cloves – 3, crushed
Onion – 1,big finely chopped
Tomatoes – 3, paste
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
required water
salt
chopped coriander powder
