To Grind
Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds / methi seeds – 1 tsp

Lemon – approx. 1 kg
Oil – 1/2 cup
Salt
Sugar – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Hing / asafoetida – ½ tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 cup
(Reduce or increase as per your spice level)
Vinegar – 2 tbsp

To Temper
Oil – ½ cup
Garlic – 10 pods
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Fenugreek / methi seeds – ½ tsp
Dried red chillies
Curry leaves
