Oil – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chillies
Salt
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder – 1 tbsp(not spicy, gives nice colour to the gravy, if u add regular chilli powder, reduce the amount)
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Cumin powder /jeeragam powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Tomatoes – 5
Curd /yogurt – ¼ cup
Kasuri methi /dried methi leaves – 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies
Chopped coriander leaves
Julienne ginger
