Ingredients

Sesame oil – 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
urad dal – 1 tsp
Channa dal – 1 tsp
Garlic pods – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomatoes – 2
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
sambar powder / Kulambu milagai thool – 2 tbsp
salt
lemon sized tamarind
water
Jaggery – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp

You can replace sambar powder with chilly powder – 1 tsp and coriander powder – 1 tbsp
