Ingredients: (to prepare 8-10)
Sugar – 2 teaspoons
baking powder – 1.5 teaspoons
salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Maida (all purpose flour) – 125 grams
Milk – 150 ml
Unsalted butter – 2 tablespoons (15 grams)
Egg – 1
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Method:
1.Take all the ingredients in a mixer or blender and combine well for half a minute into a smooth batter.
2.Heat a frying pan, and when it is hot, add 1/2 teaspoon of butter and when it melts, pour a big spoonful of the prepared batter and cook for 1/2 minute. (you can also skip the butter and pour the batter directly on the pan)
3.Then flip it over to the next side and cook for another half minute and pancake is ready.
4.Serve with honey or maple syrup or any jam of your choice.
