Ingredients:
Pottukkadalai (Roasted chana dal gram) – 2 cups
Sugar- 1 cup
Ghee – 2/3 cup

Method:
1. Grind the pottukkadalai/roasted dal gram along with the sugar in a mixer and transfer it to a large bowl.
2. Heat the 2/3 cup of ghee in a pan and when it is hot, add it to the prepared mixture, and mix well with a spoon.
3.Once it is warm enough to handle with hands, mix it well with your hands to a crumbly mixture.
4. Try to form small round shaped balls with your hands. If you are able to prepare it without breaking, continue to form laddus. If it still breaks, add more ghee and form laddus.
5. Make sure to seal it tightly with your hands or else, it can break easily.
6. It is a very simple and easy sweet ready in minutes.
