I made it today. Everything was okay until I put the condensed milk. The dove became very sticky. I added little more milk to loosen it up and I had to keep mixing it for 20 minutes for it to become solid. It turned out sweeter than what I wanted, maybe because of unsalted butter with sweet cream and sweetened condensed milk. Any suggestions regarding the stickiness of dove would be appreciated.
Can I use carnation milk in place of powdered milk? And also I got unsalted butter with sweet cream, does that make a difference? I am going to try it out now. Thanks for the video.
