Chum Chum / Cham Cham
Description :
Ingredients: Paneer – prepared from 2l milk, sugar – 2 cups, cornflour – 1.5 tb sp
Procedure: Add 4 cups of water to the sugar and allow it to come to a boil in a pressure cooker. Mwanwhile knead the paneer well to form a soft dough and then add the corn flour and some yellow colour or any colour of your choice and combine them well. Then roll it into oval shaped balls and cook in the sugar syrup for 15-20 minutes. garnish with chopped pistachios or cashew and Chum Chum is ready.
