Ingredients:
Chicken – 300grams (boneless and cut into small pieces)
Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
Maida (all purpose flour) – 1 tablespoon
Egg – 1
Ginger – garlic paste -1 tablespoon
Salt – 1/3 teaspoon
Aji-no-moto – 1/3 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1/3 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/3 teaspoon
Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon

Method:
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with all the other ingredients and allow to rest for 30 minutes – 1 hour. (Add a pinch of orange food colour foe restaurant effect)
2. Fry in hot oil until golden brown in medium flame and remove.
3. Serve hot with onion rings or as side.
