Ingredients :-
edible gum (gond) – 100gm
jaggery (gud) – 300gm
wheat floor – 100gm
coconut – 100 gm
ghee – 250ml
Poppy seeds (kas-kas) – 30 gm
cashew – 50gm
almond – 50gm

Gond ke ladoo is a very well known sweet dish in India. They are rich in taste and contents as they are made from edible gum (Gaund or Gond) and dry fruits. Gond ke ladoo or Gaund ke laddu are famous in Rajasthan. Delicious Ladoo from Gond is made specially during winters. Gond ke Ladoo gives heat and energy to the body. This sweet is quiet heavy due to the use of edible gum resin or gond with huge amount of ghee. It is served traditionally in several festivals. For preparing this desserts you should have two heavy bottom pans, one for dry roasting, and the other of Ghee frying. So lets start to prepare it.
