Rava Ladoo
INGREDIENTS
Rawa (Sooji) – 1 Cup
Sugar – 1 Cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Finely Cut Cashewnuts – 1 Tblsp
Melon Seeds – 1 Tblsp
Sliced Almonds – 1 Tblsp
Ghee – As Required
METHOD
1. Dry roast rawa using little ghee.
2. Powder it in small mixie.
3. Add sugar and powder it together.
4. Mix cardamom powder.
5. Heat Ghee, add finely cut cashews, almonds, melon seeds and roast till golden.
6. Pour over rawa powder and prepare balls

Rava should not be finely powdered like this..it will not taste good. It should be little coarse..You have to use fine rava to make rava ladoos
