Ingredients: Green gram – 1 cup (250 ml)
Par boiled rice – 1/4 cup
Green chilis – 2 nos
Ginger – a small piece chopped
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil for sprinkling
Onion for garnish

Method:
1. First saok green gram and par boiled rice in water for atleast 4 hours
2. To that add green chilis, ginger & turmeric powder in a mixer. Grind to a coarse batter-consistent paste.
3. Add little water if needed
4. To the ground batter, add salt & cumin seeds
5. In a hot pan, pour the batter and spread like a dosa. Flip till done
6. Garnish with chopped onions and serve hot!
